Serenity Soaks is about establishing a quality self-care routine. And to do that, we must first look at your relationship with it. This program is about building that relationship and establishing a solid foundation before turning on that tap.
It is a one-of-a-kind self-care program, as there is no done-for-you system or another checklist of « items you can achieve.» Within this program you will create a healthy relationship and mindset of what self-care means to you outside of social conditioning.
Here’s how I can help
I’m a mom of 2 beautiful children ( aged 1 and 4). I am fully aware of the demands of motherhood and the dreadful mom guilt.
I also don’t have the typical hero story where I changed my motherhood. Instead, I have been on a journey of building a more profound bubble bath experience inside the challenges of motherhood.

I have witnessed countless moms struggle with making time for themselves. And my mission is to help bath-loving moms find their way again.
If you are unfamiliar with human design, I am a 5/1 Manifestor, and many of my natural talents come into play in the Serenity Soaks program.
First off, a Manifestor has limited energy. Either we experience a burst of creative urge or are dragging our feet in a rest cycle. It means we become the kings and queens of rest and self-care when we live aligned with our true selves.
Secondly, line 1 means I love researching, which is beyond true! I have been reading and learning about water, frequency, somatic techniques, and so much more for the last decade! I have incorporated these findings into my very own bubble bath sessions.
Lastly, line 5 is all about being a natural helper. I can’t help but want to help. I am all about healing the collective mind around self-care. But more importantly, the narrative around bubble baths as an at-home ME time moment.

I wanted to honestly learn more about how I could get into a safe zone to experience the best baths I can have. Centering myself so that when I get in the bath I am not thinking about everything else around me that I am able to just focus on me, my body and what I need. I was honestly looking for direction. I knew that this was a method I wasn’t familiar with but I had an open mind to learn.
I loved meeting Melanie! I honestly looked forward to it. She was so welcoming and opening. And knowledgeable and willing to help me through my trauma and drama. I could talk to her for hours! She was so clear and precise which helped me get to the point. Because my brain is so scattered sometimes.
Now, I can actually enjoy my baths because I didn’t know that I needed to remove other scenes to best experience my bath. I am planning on painting my bathroom this week. You are amazing! Thank you for following your passion!
