Discovering water’s two superpowers altered my awareness of the bubble bath practice. These findings prove that the experience is felt in the tub and throughout the bathroom. ( read this post and this post for more on it!) There is a reason why these water superpowers are so essential to know and understand. And this has to do with the way we communicate with the world.
“Sound is creation”
– John Stuart Reid.
There are low frequencies, so low that they appear as inanimate objects around us. While some we can hear as sounds or see them as colours. Others are so high they are beyond our capabilities to register.
You are a unique sound pattern, and only you can experience yours.
The discovery of the energy patterns in our cells, like in water, has revolutionized how we view the body and mind. In 2002, Dr. James Gimzewski discovered how every cell type produces its own unique “song.” John Stuart Reid and Professor Sungchul Ji were able to, from those findings, differentiate between healthy and cancerous cells as they emit different frequencies and display different patterns. ( Healthy cell on the left, cancerous cell on the right of the picture). They are currently working on the CymaScope as a tool for various uses in medical sciences using water and frequency.

It is within the delivery of those external waves of information through the nerve cells or neurons from the somatic and autonomic nervous system that the body experiences the world. The newly influenced energy will either trigger the sympathetic ( fight or flight) nervous system or the parasympathetic ( rest & digest) nervous system. It is the part that notifies you if somewhere, something, or someone is safe to be in or around. You can either feel tense or relaxed or even an array of emotions. You cannot control the autonomic nervous system. However, you can control the sensory nervous system and choose your reaction to something. All you need to understand is what your body tries to tell through its sympathetic nervous system and build an environment that supports your parasympathetic nervous system.

So, how do you go about creating a healing environment that supports your nervous system?
Ask yourself these three questions.
1) What would my space look like if I could snap my fingers or wave a magical wand?
2) What would it smell like?
3) What would it feel like?
Journal your answers and find out what resonates with your parasympathetic nervous system.
